following goldman, mr. pokora joined pomona capital, a private equity firm based in new york. mr. pokora later moved to pomona’s london, uk office where he gained alternative international dealmaking experience. during his tenure at pomona, mr. pokora closed over $1 billion in transactions. 

mr. pokora was educated at franklin & marshall college in lancaster, pa where he majored in business, organization and society with a focus in finance.

following jp morgan, mr. hohos joined ollie holdings as one the first hires for the company. ollie, at the time, was the largest co-living real estate company in north america. mr. hohos oversaw all leasing activities for ollie, executed asset management initiatives across ollie’s national property portfolio and was responsible for structuring ollie’s international real estate joint ventures.

Mr. Hohos received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from St. John’s University and his Juris Doctor from New York Law School. While in law school, Mr. Hohos worked with the US Court of International Trade and in the New York City Civil Court – Landlord Tenant Division. He is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate (NY).

Ms. Packer began her career as an analyst with clean line energy, an real asset infrastructure portfolio company based in houston. Ms. Packer went on to join Warwick Investment Group, an RIA with over $1 billion in managed assets where she was the COO and Head of Capital Formation. at Warwick, Ms. Packer served on the executive committee and compliance committee and was responsible for the operational infrastructure of the firm including firm strategy, HR, cybersecurity, compliance, and ESG. Prior to joining Monolith Capital, Ms. Packer founded H10 advisors – a boutique private equity consultancy working with private equity and venture capital firms launching new funds, establishing capital formation strategies, and developing institutional quality back-office practices.

At citi, mr. davidovich was involved in landmark public take-privates, IPOs and complex private transactions, overall involved in over $10bn in transaction value.  

mr. davidovich holds a bachelors in mathematics from columbia university and the university of chicago, as well as a masters in financial analysis from london business school.

Mr. Broussard’s career spans over twenty-five years in the luxury vacation rental and hospitality sector. He began by founding Broussard Properties, which he built from a single home into a professionally managed portfolio of more than twenty-five luxury residences. In 2014, Mr. Broussard helped launch Turnkey Vacation Rentals into one of the nation’s leading vacation rental platforms, joining as the company’s first General Manager & Sales Director in a new expansion market. Over the course of his tenure, he worked across twenty U.S. states, helping to validate the company’s business model to the investment community.

Mr. Broussard built Turnkey’s Park City operation into its largest and highest-performing market, overseeing more than 300 homes and generating over $20 million in annual revenue at the time of the company’s sale to Vacasa in 2021 for $614 million in cash and stock. He served in an interim leadership capacity through the transition and subsequently joined AvantStay in 2021, where he oversaw both the Park City, Utah and Austin, Texas markets until 2022. Over the course of his career, Mr. Broussard has closed more than 1,000 vacation rental management agreements and has led complex multi-state expansion, operations, and revenue-growth initiatives.

Mr. Broussard is the Founder & Partner of Monolith Arabia and serves as General Partner of the Broussard Investment Fund. A lifelong Utahn, he has been married to his wife Debbie for 31 years and is the father of four children.
