The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) recently announced its first-ever HUD-held single-family note sale exclusively for mission-driven non-profits.

Challenge

We purchase performing, sub-performing and non-performing notes on a single-asset or portfolio basis, in both public and private formats. Assets reserved only for the purchase of mission-driven non-profits limit the pool of eligible buyers.

Solution

We are partnered with a US-certified mission-driven non-profit, through which we are an approved buyer with HUD to bid on select publicly auctioned HUD-held notes.
